Everett Kibler
Everett Kibler has more than four decades of experience in the construction business. In 1969, Everett and his father started a home improvement company. After working together for more than two decades, their company provided all types of home improvement projects on hundreds of homes, new home construction, and the construction of a U.S. Post Office building.
Everett also owned and operated a replacement window and door company. Under his supervision, his company installed more than 2,000 windows a year for more than 10 years.
Today, Everett continues to work with homeowners throughout the Northern Shenandoah Valley, Eastern Panhandle, Loudoun and Fauquier counties as a registered dealer of SunSetter and Durasol products.
Julie Kibler Curd
Julie Kibler Curd worked for more than two decades with her father and grandfather in the home improvement and construction businesses. Her roles over the years have included all the aspects necessary to make a business operate smoothly: administrative, sales, marketing, and getting her hands dirty. Her experience also includes a well-rounded knowledge of real estate, marketing and property preservation.
Julie is a Licensed Contractor in Virginia and West Virginia and a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Virginia and West Virginia. She is especially committed to helping seniors continue to live at home safely as they age.
Bob Curd
Bob Curd is a structural engineering consultant for Age In Place Improvements.
Bob’s specialties include structural design and engineering of plastics, steel, concrete and timber; machinery analysis and design; construction management; production management; and marketing.
Bob has patents pending on new shapes of recycled structural plastic for use as docks and earthquake proof bridges and shelters. He has extensive experience in both thermoplastics and thermosetting polymers. He has also designed and analyzed timber construction and concrete construction.
